Since our beginning more than 100 years ago, we have been dedicated to offering products of the highest possible quality to our customers. Our quality control exceeds the highest standards and is carried out by our qualified personnel following precise methods and using the latest technologies. With our outstanding experience, we deliver products of the highest quality for use in demanding applications such as aerospace and medical technology.
Our quality control begins with our raw materials and runs throughout the entire production chain with regular intermediate inspections.
QUALITY CONTROL THROUGHOUT THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
Even though our modern CNC and gearing machines guarantee quality and precision, our experienced and skilled employees inspect our products more frequently than required by DIN 9001, in order to sustain our own higher standard of quality.
Of course, for samples and 0 series, each component is inspected during production and before delivery.
QUALITY CONTROL
We conduct a variety of inspections and tests according to specific product type:
- Masterwheel measurements
- Surface-roughness measurements
- Hardness tests according to Rockwell and Vicker
- Initial sample testing according to VDA & FAI EN 9102-2006
- 3D-Measurements
- Our air-conditioned measuring room ensures the necessary accuracy of our inspections, providing for precise 3D-Measurements
QUALITY CONTROL DOCUMENTATION
If desired, we will check every single piece during the production process. Of course, we maintain our test documentation according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 so that we can answer any questions that may arise at a later time.
